  • A mandatory $50 deposit is required for all bookings. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to your final service cost.

  • No-shows or failure to call and reschedule at least one day in advance will result in the loss of your deposit. Living Legends Ink, LLC is not responsible for no-shows, late arrivals, or failure to properly reschedule.

Aftercare and Responsibility:

  • We provide aftercare instructions both on-site and in person. However, Living Legends Ink, LLC is not responsible for the lack of proper treatment of tattoos after the service.

Limitation of Liability:

  • Living Legends Ink, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or services.
